InfraCity offers everything from one hundred to tens of thousands of square metres. No other landlord can offer such large areas. In some cases, our premises are still in the process of completion, which allows flexibility in solutions and adaptations. In other cases, we have already adapted our premises so that they are ready for immediate occupancy. Nor can any other landlord offer so many variations and combinations of premises. This is largely because our properties were planned for flexibility in function and use right from the start.

As an InfraCity tenant you can rest assured at not having to move away when it's time to expand. Part of our business concept is being able to meet our tenants' demands for growth. InfraMässan
InfraMässan is Stockholm's new exhibition and congress center. InfraCity AB opened this impressive arena in co-operation with Scandic Hotel InfraCity. The scene is now all set for a spectrum of events, such as trade fairs, cultural and entertainment shows, as well as congresses. The place is a hive of activity and a natural meeting place by the E4 highway between Arlanda International Airport and Stockholm.

September 4 2000 was inauguration day for our new, extended entrance hall. So whether you are planning an exhibition, concert or convention in the Nordic area, you will be hard put to find a better place, in terms of capacity, location, state-of-the-art facilities and a forward looking, friendly atmosphere.

Infra Mässan comprises approximately 5,000 sq. m. of exhibition space which can be adapted for minor to minor events. There are 237 hotel rooms and suites, and restaurants. Right at the very top of the hotel, is the 3-storey 650 sq. m. Royal Penthouse, for those more exclusive occasions.
